MIST reached a new milestone in competitive programming with its best performance to date at the ICPC Asia West Championship (AWC) 2023, held on March 30, 2024.
The team MIST_FrostByte_1.2 delivered an outstanding result by securing 17th position overall and ranking 6th among teams from Bangladesh. This achievement highlights the team’s strong problem-solving skills and excellent teamwork on an international stage.
This success marks a clear improvement from MIST’s 27th place finish in ICPC AWC 2022, showing the continuous growth and progress of the university’s competitive programming community.
